the generated task shoudl be stored in db. we would like to purchase mysql and use mybatis access it, what's more, for convenience, spring is also used.
we decided that generated task will be sent to MQ rather than stored to db for rabbitMQ's robustness and there is not a sufficit reason for persistence.
